The Ripple team is led by Katie Radel. Katie is the former Director of Marketing and Public Relations for an HCA hospital and helped launch Studio Bank as VP of Marketing. She has led public relations and marketing initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, startups, and nonprofits. 

An Ohio native now based in Nashville, Katie shares her life with her husband, son, and beloved rescue dog. A natural people-connector and avid animal lover, she channels her dedication to community and service into every facet of her work and personal life.

Katie’s leadership and impact have been widely recognized. She is an ATHENA Young Professional Award nominee, a Nashville Emerging Leaders Award finalist, and has been named as one of the Nashville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40. She serves as a board member for the Women in Healthcare Nashville Chapter and Larkspur Conservation, she is an advisor at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, and she actively participates in Leadership Health Care.

What’s in a name?

We love the idea of creating positive ripple effects through our work and through giving back to the community. Ripple Consulting Group was also inspired by the Grateful Dead song, “Ripple.” As a baby, Katie’s son would stop crying in the car every time “Ripple” was played. And it’s still a favorite!
